Start-up Management

Start-ups are exciting and challenging. It brings out the entrepreneurial spirit and a clear and demonstrable feeling of accomplishment.  I had the pleasure to work on several start-up initiatives which allowed me to draw upon all my experiences ranging from Finance and Accounting, marketing and distribution, to Information Technology and Organizational Development.

With these start-ups I held positions as CEO, CFO, CIO, and COO. All clients managed to survive the first round and all were eventually acquired by larger organizations.

Two of these initiatives dealt with cutting-edge Virtual Reality hardware/software technology, one was a small manufacturing company, and lastly a Turn-around music industry publication company.
