Strategic initiative sponsored by the Dutch Government to establish an international trade organization (non-profit) between the Netherlands and the US to promote bi-lateral trade and investment. 

• Teamed with the Consul General and Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Economic Affairs, and Finance to establish inter-organizational goals, objectives, and requirements
• Initiated, designed, and deployed an international business portal www.nacwest.net including content, international business database, and administrative infrastructure
• Represented the organization on international tradeshows and symposiums

After four years in operations, the organization, concept, content, and vision was eventually adopted by and integrated in the Royal Dutch Embassy website

Due to internal fraud, client experienced severe negative cash flow and was on the brink of collapse. Turned around this $12MM Second Stage start-up publishing company to profitability and positioned company for acquisition. Managed all Operational, IT, and Finance functions. Staff: 25 Direct Reports

• Reduced financial commitments by 80%, re-structured the Balance Sheet by converting start-up Long Term Notes to Equity, re-classifying expenses and negotiating a 90% reduction in past due State and Federal Taxes.
• Introduced new sales channels, and expanded into the European market.
• Positioned the company for acquisition valued at $17MM. Directory is currently the world's largest US Music Industry Trade directory!

Defined corporate concept and business development strategy. Developed business plan and pro-forma financial projections, and web-presence, Positioned these clients for funding, and presented company to private investors, potential Fortune 500 partners, and venture capitalists.
