Information Technology

It's all about the "I" !
Many enterprises have a division between Business and Information Technology, with IT  being viewed as an unfortunate necessary overhead.

My philosophy centers around presenting IT as a Strategic Partner.  In short - it's about Informamtion serving the business (the "I") and not necessarily Technology (the "T"!)

With the risk of stating the obvious - Information is key in today's world for executive decisions and business intelligence - ranging from product positioning - marketing to finance and accounting.

In my view, the days of IT being Overhead is a notion of the past.

Today  IT is - or should be - a key strategic partner to ALL business functions - Finance, Marketing, Production, HR, Business Intelligence, Client Communication, Product Positioning, and Sales.
